HIGH EFFICIENCY SUPER PLASTICISER WITH LOW CHLORIDE
APPLICATION
1,Widely used in pre-cast & ready-mixed concrete, armored concrete and pre-stressed reinforced concrete in large construction projects such ad dam and port construction, road building & town planning projects projects and dwelling house erection etc.
2,Suitable for the preparation of early-strength, high-strength, high-antifiltration and self-sealing & pumpable concrete.
3,Used far and wide for self-cured concrete, vapor-cured concrete and its formulations. At the early stage of application, extremely prominent effects are shown. As the result, modulus and site utilization can be drastically accelerated and blending the material at standard blend dosage. Meanwhile, time for cure can be saved. Vapor cure is normally omitted in summer peak-heat days. Actually 40-60 metric tons of coal will be preserved when a metric ton of the material is consumed.
4,Compatible with Portland cement, normal Portland cement ,Portland slag cement, fly-adh cement and Portland pozzolanic cement etc.
PROPERTIES ,FEATURES &CHAPACTERISTICS
1,Appearance: Lightbrown powder&dark brown liquid. Non-poisonus, odorless, non-flammable and non-corrosive to steel bars.
2,Plasticity: As a condition of blending where amount of cement and collapsibility are fixed aforehand, water can be decreased by 8-28%when it is admixed at 0.3-1.5%with reinforced concrete. At the early stage, compression strength is increased rapidly and at the end largely, Statistically, compression strength on the 1 st day ,the 3 rd day and the 28th day after single application is increased by 60-110%,40-100%and 25-45%respectively when it is added at standard blend dosage. As the result, the setting properties of concrete will be improved to some extent.
3,Improve miscibility of concrete amalgamator with water and collapsibility as well. As a condition of equivalent blending (i.e. water-cement ratio and amount of cement fixed),collapsibility can be increased by 12cm when it is added at standard blend ratio.
4,10%of cement will be reserved as a condition of standard blending ratio admixture that is preconditioned by same collapsibility and strength.
5,Low chloride feature makes it impossible to corrode steel bars underlying concrete. The suitability of the material has been proved by its usage on reinforced and pre-stressed concrete.

Note: Standard Blend Dosage:0.5 %(as cement amount) |
RECOMMENDED BLEND DOSAGE
The normal blend dosage ranges from 0.3%to 0.8%in line with strength grade and scope of applications. The blend dosage for high and even ultrahigh-strength concrete runs between 0.8-1.8% The optimal blend dosage for powder is 0.75%.And the blend dosae for liquid is calculated on the dried basis.
DIRECTIONS
1.Direct use of the powdery agent is allowed .Alternatively the addition of the agent can be followed by water moisturization (water-cement ratio:60%)
2.The agent can be combined with other externally applied agents if pilot development or laboratory experiment succeeds.
